I vaguely remember quite a while ago, when someone had a cylinder sensor in the wrong place (reversed?). Also, I am sure you would have checked all the connectors for any loose or open wiring? And while we are talking about service manuals, just know that the
2008 version has the most detailed information on the top system. I have an electronic version of the top chapter of that manual. It is not here on CFF, so I will try to attach it below.
