Chrysler and "the gov't" are not interested, your car is fourteen years old, that top should not have failed three years after initial purchase (as happened with a lot of us) but after 14 years, you probably need a top anyway. Chrysler's response was to warranty the top for ten years, that ten years has passed:

The 3M stuff works IF, and only IF, you have a lot of patience and really take your time (or can find a shop that will take their time, but you will pay for their time). New tops thru BAS are around $725 delivered anywhere in the USA. Installation is available from several owners: Robert in Missouri, Zach in Georgia, Rick in Pennsylvania, and Brian in FLorida.

I glued mine four times, finally had enough - and got my new top installed by Robert and Zach at the Ozark meet in 2020 - they did it all in an hour before breakfast one morning. Fabric tops don't last forever, our cars are old enough that it's time anyway. You are near Rick as well as the dynamic duo of Cliff and Eric - I'd imagine you could get them to replace the top for $200-300 or so. That's $1000 total, my last set of tires cost $900 and they only last 15,000 miles, my top will outlast the car. Anyone who does the re-glue right will take 3-4 hours, longer than replacing the top. You are looking at $100-200 an hour, so why bother? Here is who to talk to, I find that email works better than the phone:
