I'm thinking maybe to cut off the two lugs at the top so I don't have to bend it so far. If it seems a little loose I could put a dab of silicone adhesive there. I saw a used bezel for $175 and I though "no thank you!"

I used a soldering iron, on the backside. to melt pieces together before using the ABS plastic epoxy.
