No, Jim. The pump is in the cavity in the trunk, below the trim. In a Roadster, this line goes up the wheel well and into the trunk lid at the passenger side hinge - there is no way to access it.
Also, if the electric lock is his issue , that won't help anyway. The electric lock slide a cam in place to stop the bottom from moving.
