Not a bad idea, but that wont stop the squeal. I change my belt and idler pulley quite often, every three-four years which is only about 12,000 miles, thing is, the pulley is $17 for the N/A and it has let go on some guys, taking out the radiator.
The damn belt tensioner is a noisy devil right before it dies on the N/A but not sure about the SRT version. IN any case, you have something belt driven causing this, it's nothing new and is usually easy to determine. Just don't let it go, it's cheaper to "shotgun" a tensioner, pulley and belt than to let real damage happen .

Eventually, an SRT guy will see your post and give you better information than us N/A guys.
