The pump has three circuits, drivers door, passenger door and hatch and the gas cap. The first two circuits can be run simultaneously or independently as you state.
Ahhhhhhhhhhh, hence the title about "two doors" not "everything. So the point is, plumbing matters, period.
I know when I change a CLP/SSM, I label my hoses before removing them.
