How do you know the alternator is bad? WHat is your battery voltage with the engine running?
I think, as I said, your Traction Control Relay output from the RCM is the problem.
Driving the car and observing the speedometer will confirm if this is the case. The speedo does not work if the traction control output is not there.

If the speedo works, then I might go along with the low voltage/bad alternator/bad battery cables/open block to chassis cable kind of suggestions.
