Dead give-away in red bold above. The brake controller has no power, so:
  1. The brake light switch is operated NOT by the pedal (that switch is for the starter interlock and SLA [shift lever park release]) but by the brake controller, which is dead, so the controller cant turn the brake lights on.
  2. The instrument panel/"message center" is telling you it cant talk to the brake controller, again, because the controller is dead, so the panel is turning on lights, to indicate there is a problem.
  3. With no wheel speed sensor data from the brake controller, the BCM is making guesses as to when to deploy the wing, out of concern for safety: Maybe you are going 120, better put the wing up.
What is wrong:
The "Traction Control" output from the RCM has failed. Check your RCM fuses (see below, fuse 1, note that it is the MIDDLE fuse). If the fuse is good, put your spare RCM in and send the bad one to D.J. for rebuilding. It's probably the relay itself, it's coil is open.

How I know:
Those who want proof: You CAN PROVE what I am saying, by yanking the Traction control fuse from YOUR RCM, you will get the exact same issues he is, put the fuse back in, and all works again. I yanked my TC fuse one day and went for a ride up the street, had just what he has now.
