THe the power feed to the Brake Controller has failed. This is either the fuse on the RCM, the Traction Control Relay on the RCM or fractured solder connections on the RCM.

What I would do:
1) Order a new RCM, put it in and be happy. ($140-165 depending on where you buy it.)
2) Take old RCM, put in box, ship to DJ for reworking ($65, shipping back to you included).

THIS way, the next time the RCM fails, and they WILL fail eventually, you have a spare in the trunk. Like I do, cause 1) and 2) is exactly what I did when mine failed.
