It's a small business, he and James are SUPER busy, as they and Needswings.com are all we have for keys these days. Give it a few days, if no answer, contact them again.
Also note that "Gannyx" is James, he's on here a lot where Josh isn't. Just message him here on the forum, he will take care of you.
