One thing people do not realize is the amount of factory support there is for most vehicles, and how techs and mechanics rely on service bulletins, information in their community and experience of dealing with the same cars over and over again.

NONE of this applies to the orphaned-by-both-MB-and-Chrysler Crossfire, which numbers only 77,000 cars worldwide. Taking one of these to most dealers/shops is a losing proposition for the owner and the shop you go to.

WIthout this forum, I'd NEVER have bought the second and third cars.
