You may want to consider a product that helps keep night time glare down and sheds water really well now that you have a new windshield. I had the windshield on my SRT 6 coated and am very happy with it. After initial coating the company will send you refresher pads to use every 3 months. My car is sorta a garage queen so I stretch that out to about 6 months. Easy to apply the refresher. Look it up :

This seems like a much better long term solution. I have applied RainX temporarily for now.
I try not to drive my car in the rain, but you never know when mother nature will strike!
