I ran new wires to my rear speakers, cause my car is a Base model and had no speakers or wires back there. Not hard at all.
It's also pretty easy to run new wires from the back of the AM/FM head to the amp.

YOu just gotta take apart the trim from behind the seat and on the floor, passenger side. Not at all hard to do.
