Quite a bit of the electrical work is either New or completely taken out due to the previous owner, My first thought is it could be some simple mistake maybe a misplaced fuse or something of the sort.
The door locks, the wing is stuck up, and the driver's seat won't move, Could it be in relation to such? Only asking as it shows a general service warning when starting, And as of yesterday a Check Engine light.

Download the service manual free here in the forum, and start there. Look under the electrical system and specifically where the OBD2 port gets it's hot lead from. If there is a hot at it's pin (OBD2 port) then trace the ground back through the return(s). It is a good start for your getting familiar with your car. Also, welcome to the forum!
