Thanks, Franc. I plan to fly to Eureka Springs and help with activities, etc. Might attend the fall event as well, but won't be riding around for hours on end anymore.

I remember a conversation you and I had at the Dragon some ten years ago. You related that your time of tearing thru the curves was to come to an end in a matter of years - due to aging. I am now turning 65 and have noticed a slight decrease in my response time, etc. I know that MY time of pushing a car to the edge would be coming to an end anyway, it's just that my back issue has accelerated this outcome. The doctors have explained my situation; they can replace hips and knees, but not spines/backs. It is incumbent on me to take steps to preserve my quality of life as I enter old age.

I"ve accepted what is. But I also want to remain in the group with great friends, I want to continue to offer tech support. This has been a wonderful 15 year journey and experience.
