That's Elvira, she's a Horror movie hostess. I've actually met her. Her real name is Cassandra Peterson and she's a red head in real life. She was very nice and I got her autograph on a different poster.
She was on the cover of one of Tom Wait's albums. (I can't show it here, she has no top on).
