When you say checked the fuses, did you use an ohm meter, or do a visual inspection?
I replaced all of my fuses, because I had 3 random fuses break over a couple of moths time. Two of the three looked good, but when I checked them with a meter they were bad.
Noooo! I will go back and re-check the fuses with a multimeter. Finding one that looked good but was bad would be a first for me but am sure it happens.
