What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Just got new yoko envigor front tires.
Previous fronts had lots of tread even across except the inner corner was worn to belts showing on both tires. Ahhhhhhh.
Alignment was checked and is good.
The Yoko's where the best tires I could find around Terra haute in

So basically be prepared to do a little work on them... or do without. LOL

Regarding the rear diffusers a couple pages back... I found these: Chrysler Crossfire 2004 09 Rear Fascia Accent Panels 2pc HCA 82209208 | eBay
Just keep looking as I found these a couple of weeks ago on Ebay still attached to the bumper .

I'm beginning to think the best way to go now for most of us who don't have access to the "real" difussers is to do what others are doing......buy some "fins" and set them up based on our own preference. At least you know they will end up being the same size and symetry and the install placement and fit will be entirely up to the preference and skill of the installer.
Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Unfortunately - you will have to do some sand and fit work on these if you want them close to "perfect fit" .. my experience on two sets. The lip that lays in the top edge along the bumper line on drivers side gets too thick at the trailing edge and needs sanded-filed down to set in properly.

One must be for the left side, the other for the right side....

These are the real diffusers and yes they are marked left and right. I've been looking for 2 years for a set on Ebay USA and International then up it popped from a salvage yard selling the whole bumper with these attached. I'm taking them tomorrow to be carbon fiber hydro painted.

Where did you guys purchase your chrome windshield surrounds? Mine is peeling badly. I've only found them at crossfiremall.com so far.
Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
I think that is the only place you'll find them. That's where I bought mine but haven't installed yet.
I did install the door handles and they have an unfinished edge that you can feel when you open the door. The door lock piece for drivers side did not attach very well either as the tape is on the top and bottom rather than the center on the passenger side without the lock hole. But hey they match my strakes!
Re: What did you do to your Crossfire today?
Traded it yesterday for a used 2014 Lincoln MKX SUV. Got $6125 for my roadster. Gave me $25 credit for the spoiler (huh????? ), got dinged for oil leak, door seal leak, accidents. 6 years, 3 months of happy, maniacal driving - i don't know what got into me!! Hubby says I'm still driving like I was in the XF, but I drove that like I was on my motorcycle. Thanks to all on the firum.
