I still remember visiting my grandparents when I was around 6 years old. I had crashed my bike and came in with my elbows & knees all bloody from contact with the asphalt and my grandmother was cleaning & treating my wounds while my grandfather, as always, was in front of the TV with a stiff drink that my grandmother refreshed as necessary. As I told my grandmother how much it hurt he remarked, "Boy, you don't know what pain is."

I don't like it, but I UNDERSTAND aches & pains. It's when you know something isn't normal with yourself... that something is seriously "off" with your body but you don't know what, that is concerning. The older we get the more our body fails to maintain homeostasis. That's the medical term.

Homeostasis is like the RCM and if you think you’re not working right you go to Arizona. Folks that can’t figure it out are in for a lifetime of gloom.

Homeostasis is a lot like this Forum.

Make your mind up before you move though (visit and stay a few days/weeks in each season), one is real dry and the other real wet. Dry heat is OK by me, wet heat FORGET IT... LOL

Installed a set of 4 Bilstein B6 shocks - fronts very easy and rear took a bit more work as you need to compress them a bit to drop in the lower-arm. Will post 1st driving impressions (and more pictures soon).

Bilstein B6 performance shocks - OEM same ride height

Hi there - actually I was worried if the performance B6s were going to be too stiff vs the B4s, but the ones I installed are great. Car rides smooth on most roads and isn’t wallow Over undulations as the old set did. But the most improvement is at high speed and on curves, the car handled unbelievably well and gives me so much more confidence than the original set did. The stability at higher speed is also noticeable. If you’re considering replacing the original OEMs highly recommend the B6s, it does not make the car ride rougher as I was worried about.

I pulled the windshield trim and replaced the two-sided tape that holds the clips on. One had completely separated, several others were roughly 50% adhesion. I was a little surprised about this since it hasn’t been driven in the rain more than ten times and it has always been garaged at home and work (mileage is about 46K).

I'm sort of new at this Crossfire business and am learning about the things that will park the car so I know what to do if it happens. The RCM is a straight forward plug and play install?

Cheers.
I have owned my crossfire for about 4 years and only put on 22K miles but I "fixed" the original RCM 2 times before paying about $100 for a new one. The fixes lasted a season with cleaning relay contacts but the new one has given me no problems. RCM can be installed by a mechanical idiot, me.
