What did you do to your Crossfire today?
I did the following over the past few days:
New Car:
- Installed PSK
- Installed 61mm pulley
- Installed Buckhead Import's tune
- Installed NW Single CAI
- Installed SL55 fuel pump
- Installed NW Catch can
- Installed Wavetrac (a week ago)
- Installed O2 bung for the wideband. (Yes, I said "bung")
Old Car:
Removed: All mods except the NW heat exchanger and 181 pulley.
Installed: 100mm idler pulley to tighten up the belt.
Installed: Stock fuel rail, injectors, mani's, and Buckhead Import's tune.
Now I just need to find a buyer.

What a day! I started working on the car at 11AM and knocked off around 10PM. Anyway, here's what I've been installing and I'm still not finished:
- stereo
- reverse camera (required the removal of the bumper to do it right)
- Sirius sat radio along with the PITA antenna
- Widenband O2 sensor
- NW manifolds
- Boost sensor

I had it welded on the passenger exhaust manifold beside the factory upstream O2 sensor.
I left it in place. There is just enough room to do the job. I'll take a photo tomorrow and post it up. I'd do it now, but the in-laws are sleeping downstairs.
Got a new floor jack for the holiday.
Started my winter project to clean, detail each wheel well, tire and rim. Then re-balance.
It's cold here...
I have a very https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...age-83227.html understanding wife

A little surprized to see that you're going with a 61mm and leaving the 181 on the donor car. Not going stacked again....ever ?

You do NOT put the wheel on a TV tray, you put it on the treadmill in the background of the picture, turn that on and let the wheel turn as you sit back with a beer in one hand while holding a gasoline soaked rag in the other hand against the inside of the wheel.
Smoking a cigarette while doing this is not advised.
Just goes to show : you can't fool an engineer. I was thinking of just letting the tire/wheel run up against the post at the end of the treadmill, and running the belt fast enough to have gyroscopic effect keep the wheel upright ........
Been there, done that, so it's time to move on. I've been swapping between 3 pulleys lately (61, 65, and 69) trying to decide what to run. The 69mm is the fastest for me out of the 3 when it comes to 0-60 times. The smaller pulleys just lead to more tire spin and slower times for my all-season tires. When I install summer tires this spring, I'll reevaluate.
This is all good, BUT YOU ARE DOING IT ALL WRONG !!!!!
