Crossfire Values
I find it absolutely "normal" that Crossfire values have seemed to bottom out....they are cars that are only 6 to 10 years old (which is the average age for any car to reach its "obsolete value"), plus the fact that the Crossfires were marketed poorly, were a sales disappointment, and are not really even recognized or understood today. I think that this is actually very cool. There are some real buys to be had out there right now because of this situation. (There are two for sale locally, both Limited Coupes, one a 2004 and one a 2006 with 24K and 50K miles respectively, and they are priced at $10,600 for the '04 and $11,700 for the '06)!. To me these are quite the bargain because of the misunderstood nature of this car and its confusing pedigree. I feel that the very fact that they are sort of "orphans" today will put them into the collector category far faster than most cars of the type, including its "parent" SLK series and all the other "sports cars" of this vintage. This is just my perspective, but it would seem to me to be a good time to buy one of these "forgotten beauties">

Boy, I just saw 2 more XF.s for sale this afternoon on a dealer lot. One was a white 2004 Limited Coupe with under 40K miles and a beautiful black 2005 Limited Roadster with brown/red interior, 50K miles, and perfect SRT6 wheels. Don't know the prices, but bet a bargain could be had. (Interestingly enough, the XF's were parked one on each side of a Plymouth Prowler!).
For the most part, they're holding their value pretty well here in Canada. Which is why many of us go to the states to buy ours. Used Chrysler Crossfire
But no one ever said that the dealers know what they're doing, or have properly researched the market. And also note that vehicles here are in kilometers driven, not miles. 100 km's = 62.137 miles

I'm trying to sell my '05 Blue and really hate to see it go:

What do you think it's worth?
Thank you!

A bunch in the Orlando CL for U$7k on up. Paid less for my 07 coupe with relatively high miles but that was after negotiation.
Condition is everything but cars that spent their life in central Fla have no rust.

Can ANYBODY here post a photo of a "rusted" Crossfire?
I honestly don't remember EVER seeing one. And I live in the RUST BELT.
( and I'm not talking about under the door rust).
Very good point. I see a Alabaster NA Limited almost daily on my commute in the morning on a back country road, doesn't matter what weather. In winter, it looks like hell, never washed, covered in salt and winter grime. In summer it looks great and no rust.

Value on used sporty cars, is usually what people are willing to pay. I couldn't sell either of mine. No one would pay what I think they are worth. So, to me, they are priceless.
My roadster spent it's life in MI and has no rust, so FL is not the key. It's not driving it in the snow/salt and rarely in the rain. When I purchased the roadster, I vowed it would not go the same way as my 73 TR6, which turned into a small pile of iron oxide.
