I never bothered with a battery charger or disconnecting the fan. Have a strong battery. It's real easy and takes about 15 min. Just email them your car model and any performance mods you have. They have maps stored for most mods and will be ready to go when you hook it up. I'll be retuning mine soon. Cheers

First post says "or call"... that's where I'd head.. They don't get notifications of PM's from here is my understanding also...

Once you get a tune should you have to continue doing throttle resets if you don't drive the car hard and want to.

Tune has been in for the last three days and I am pleased with the improvements on a stock car. Thank you Phil and Jerry. Car pulls much better in 3rd 4th and 5th gears. I have noticed I dont mind driving with the A/C on as much bc the power is not sapped as much. Also I do believe I am getting better MPG. Next up is a CAI which the folks at eurocharged kindly gave me the tune for that once done.

yes....good question...many forget the car learns your driving habits. When you plan on doing a little racing...do a throttle reset and do some pulls before you race your car...

Sorry if this is a stupid question. I just heard about this tune for the first time. Do I have to bring my car somewhere and get this done or is it a plug and play thing since there was a cable shown above? If so is it hard to install?

You load the tune from your laptop through your OBD port using the usb cable provided. You will need to download the eurcharged software from their website first. It's easy to install the tune.

They're supposed to email you 2 tune files, correct? I only received one back, with the same file name I sent them. Too bad their offices are closed until tomorrow.

As far as I know... and received on both our cars.. 1 tune file tailored to any mods you may have done. "Thinking" the names were the same but the file extension was different..

Don't forget to unplug the fan! You should show performance and stock tune options when you plug in and all connects up.
