This'll save owners a lot of money in the long run as the LuK flywheels go for $477 vs $1,305 for an OEM replacement.

SLK320 symmetrical 8-bolt pattern: LuK DMF081

SLK350 offset 8-bolt pattern: LuK DMF086 (yet to be confirmed)

Your help is appreciated!
The Chrysler Parts Manuals say that the only change in part numbers occurred on 2-04-2004.
Prior to that date the part number was 05098905 and after that date it was 05135807.
I'll try to get the Mercedes numbers for these parts.

That's what the manual says, the Mercedes part number on mine is1120301905 and I have the offset pattern. Build date 12/04.

Talking with Sk8erjosh09 and Jim they've done flywheels on an '06 and one built in 04/05 and they have the symmetrical 8-bolt pattern.

Jim and I both have a build date of '03 - Symmetrical pattern.

'06 with a build date of 04/05 had the Symmetrical pattern.

I have not seen the 4 + 4 in person for a crossfire yet. The car I'm doing the swap for probably has the 4 + 4 though.

Good luck on getting the pin/screw locations correct. Ask me how I know, I'm out $400 in shipping costs by trying to order the Mercedes part.

My flywheel.

SLK320 flywheel.

SLK350 flywheel.
