Default Please help

Just purchase a SRT6 2 weeks ago. The car only has 14k miles on it. I drove it to work today and everything was fine. I went to start it to leave work and the car wouldn't turn on. The key fob didn't work to lock or unlock the car either. Thinking it was the key fob and possibly the battery died, I ran over to target to purchase two new 2025 batteries. nothing again. the lock, unlock, and panic do not work on the car. I tried the reprogram trick and still nothing. when I put the key into the ignition and turn it to on, all the lights will come on, the pumps kick in and so on. but turning the key further to start it, nothing happens. thinking maybe the entire key fob wasn't working, I had my husband bring his key fob over that worked on the car the previous day. it wouldn't lock, unlock, or alarm either. once again, it also wouldn't start the car.

What would cause all of this. Any help would be great.

Thanks.
Senja

Disconnected the battery and let it sit... then plugged it back in and it was like new again.

Strangest thing I've ever seen with a car.

Thanks for your help though.

IF it is a problem with the RCM solder points, you'll be stuck again and again until you fix it. Keep this in mind ok? I would suggest you 'fix' the solder points before it happens again. The symptoms are a classic RCM fault easily fixed.
