Found this part when I pulled the cowl to do the windshield grommet repair and checked the drains for clogs. I found it inside on the passenger side where the hood hinge and the hose for the windshield washer goes under the cowl. Can't figure out exactly where it's supposed to go back into. I think it protects the hose from getting damaged. Didn't see it on the body exploded diagrams.
Anybody know for sure?
