Help help. I broke my key trying to open a bottle.so I called locksmith so they came and made two keys try them didn't work so I order one from the dealer.did the steps to program it but it don't open the ignition. I was thinking the anti thief so I'll might need to reprogram the key. Plz help

 

What do you mean "Didn't open the ignition"?

The key should come ready to start the car, but you must program it to lock/unlock the doors remotely.
Does the key start the car or not?

 

It's locked like I can't open the ignition. The key is the same as the original. But it don't turn at all.

 

They told me I need to take the car to the dealer so they can program it because I tried to many keys so the ignition locked. So my car thinks I'm stealing it

 

Does the new keys lock and unlock the doors?

Can the new keys turn in the ignition to the "on" position?

 

Yes it lock and unlocks.
But does not go on run position

I always cringe when I see ignition switch and key for sale on Ebay.. LOL

 

The key fob has a small chip inside which "has to" be read by the skreem to start the car.

This is where I would focus on combining new and old.
