Mobil1 is offering their Fall 2018 Rebates!
Bob,
Walmart has the oil at the best price but they are not on the list. 5 qts of 0W40 was just under $23 a jug on sale. I have tried twice to get the rebates using Walmart receipts. No luck.

Really? I have always used my Walmart receipts and have received a check for every rebate I've submitted . . .
On this event Walmart is not one of the participating retailers so if you get paid back it is in error.
FYI - Walmart is NEVER listed as one of the participating vendors. I have always purchased my Mobil1 oil at Walmart. As have many others who have reported back on previous Mobil1 rebates . . . I sent in for the rebate with the Walmart receipt and have ALWAYS received my refund in the correct amount and in a timely manner.
So confusing. I went to va tire and auto and they install oil but dont sell bottles????????? Woody Said I could buy from them at 9+$ per qt........................

Iam not dead and wont go to oil change people till I am at that point. Thieves they are and they have people at hostage conditions. The mobile oil thing is most unclear, why do they list only some vendors and walmart is not part of their listing when they sell at good prices, sales should =sales...????????ww

Ok...their website says in order to get the rebate by mail you have to send original receipt along with the official rebate form. Does anyone else see an "official rebate form?
They sure don't make it easy for the consumer.
To receive your rebate check:
P.O. Box 8773
Grand Rapids, MN 55745-8773

To receive your rebate check:
- Purchase the Eligible products from a Participating Retailer during the Promotion Period.
- Print your name, address (no P.O. boxes), city, state, zip code, daytime phone number (area code included) and email address (optional) on the official rebate form. Mail the original receipt(s) dated during the Promotion Period from a Participating Retailer with Eligible product(s) circled along with completed form, postmarked by Nov. 30, 2018, and received by Dec. 14, 2018, to:
P.O. Box 8773

I just the online rebate and uploaded my walmart receipt, so we will see if it works, the fact that walmart is not on there is crazy cause the others on the list are not local to here and va tire and auto does not sell oil, only oil changes and they are not covered !!?? Woody
I imagine Wal-Mart pressures Mobil to sell their product to them cheaper than everyone else. Therefore Mobil probably will not accept rebates from their sales. Maybe they are trying to level the playing field somewhat . On a slightly different note, see this:

James, if they turn down a rebate because you bought the Mobil One from them, then write a letter to Wal Mart, stating that Mobil One would not honor the rebate, because you bought the oil from them, include copies of correspondence from Mobil and your receipts from Walmart. See what Wally World has to say and write Mobil tell them that you're not buying any more products from them for not honoring and that you have ibnformed Wally World of their decision not to honor rebate.

I purchased (2) 5 quart jugs of Mobil 1 oil at Walmart. I sent in my rebate form and receipt and today I got a rebate check. Oil was $22.99 per jug. Rebate was $24.00 total. Great deal!

For 11 years I have bought all my oil at Walmart
Not quite as good as yours, but still good. I have never had any trouble sending in rebates to Mobil
using Wall Mart receipts and do it every spring when they have the rebate specials.
