Re: USA Germany Crossfire with flags front license plate!
Been driving with no front plate all over USA for the past 50 years - no problems.
It's a Southern thang

That's interesting. I live in a state that requires two plates(Maryland). But neighboring Delaware only requires a back plate. Obviously Maryland police can't t demand that Delaware drivers add a plate to the front when Delaware won't even issue a front plate to them. I suppose there might be some states that won't allow drivers from one plate states to drive in their state. Good luck to them enforcing it! Anyway, I wish I could add the USA/German plate I described to my front, but we are not allowed to.
Re: USA Germany Crossfire with flags front license plate!
I was a 17th generation Marylander that permanently left the state after graduating from USNA, in Annapolis.
I rarely return to visit relatives or to attend reunions (only once in the past 35 years).
I was happy to remove the front tag and replace the rear tag of my shiny new Vette with a rear-only Mississippi tag when stationed at NAS Meridian for Navy jet training.
Have driven coast to coast and from Florida to Maine with rear-only tags ever since with nary a question.
The "Free State" ain't so free, Shipmate.
Come on down South and you'll be able to show those USA/German plates up front.
