dcskmail, My sister and her husband own a 2010 Ford Fusion. The master cylinder failed and my sister's husband replaced it. He tried bleeding the brake system at least 5 times using the old "pump, pump, hold" method and could never get all of the air out of the anti-lock braking system. He finally had the car flat bedded to the local Ford dealer and they checked out the brake system (no problems found except for air in the system) and pressure bled the system and the car has been fine ever since. I would recommend that if you work on the Crossfire braking system or just want to flush out the brake system and install new brake fluid that you have a mechanic with a pressure bleeder do the work. You don't want to be driving the Crossfire and the brake pedal go to the floor.
