There must be a chip in each key, which obviously lack transmitter to open the doors remotely.

Can you hear the air injection pump under the hood run for a while when the engine starts? If not as suggested earlier I would guess that is your problem.

As a matter of great interest how much did each key cost?

 

Engine is fixed! I pulled the ecm for the 3rd time as a last ditch after swapping coilpacks with same results. Mustve been a missed connection. All is well here i ripped it down my street a few times to celebrate
