Default M113k + 722.6 automatic into manual base crossfire swap

I've been holding off of posting any info until I was basically complete. I knew a lot of people started the swaps but things happened so I didnt want to be one of those people. Big shout out to Rudy for electrical/ECU/TCU/SKREEM help. It wasn't cheap but it worked out.
Here is my story

If you are interested in m113k swap, just please read this:
Dont do it.
That is my personal suggestion and after having to do this work mostly by myself I would not do it over again. But here we are and I'm happy that it worked out. I've always had it on my bucket list to swap an engine. First time I've swapped my engine I helped my dad with 88' Supra when I was about 10. It was crazy to see an engine yanked out and see just an empty shell of an engine bay.

As to why I committed this heinous crime of converting a manual crossfire into an automatic:
NSG370 is just bad in my opinion. I love manuals but this is the clunkiest transmission with non-existing 1st gear. I love the car and as much as I would love to, I just cant defend the manual on it. Synchro gears were going out and I've already had to replace the clutch before so I had to make a choice. Engine swap was the obvious fix.

Summary:
2005 crossfire base 6 speed
2005 Mercedes S55 AMG
Total cost: Around 10k for all cars and fees (so far). This is a rough estimate.
Time taken: a bit over one year. I was in no hurry.
Current state: Car starts and shifts but I need to put it all together. I'm not going to update this thread with more work I do. Just wanted to share and maybe post a video once its on the road.

Dusty, but runs and drives smoothly.

I LOVE the picture with the red strap and the block of wood on the hoist. VERY Roadkill. Are you sure Finnegan and Freiburger were not helpers?

Did you clean the engine bay and engine prior to the install?

cleaned a bit, but since connectors were exposed and many hoses loose I was concerned about getting the de-greaser into the block.

1. I thought I could drop the m113k engine in by myself (since I pulled m112 out by myself) but the engine/transmission was much heavier the cherry picker didnt have enough leverage and ended up toppling over. Ended up dropping m113k about four foot off the ground and cracking upper and lower oil pans and spilling about 9 qts of oil all over the garage.
2. I forgot to tighten the external oil cooler lines so when I started it up the oil sprayed all over the front of the engine.
