Default Antenna and air baglight

Hello, I am a new member and a 2007 crosfire owner. I look to getting to know the other members.
I have two questions 1) what is the best replacement antenna. 2) what does my airbag light stay on.

Welcome to the forum!
If your car is a convertible, you can get a good replacement antenna from amazon or ebay. The antenna just unscrews.
If it's a Coupe, it's built into the rear glass I think.
As far as your airbag light, you can use the search box in the upper right corner. There are many threads on the airbag and problems that cause it.
Good luck!

M60A3Driver,
Thanks so much for the antenna information. I saw so many on line I wasn't sure which on was the best source. I really love my Crossfire! I hope we get to chat again...take care.

There are several antenna whip/rod options on AMazon that are good. You can even buy the entire kit of whip/mount/preamp/cable.

My airbag light has been on since 2016 when the AirBag module went bad. Mine is also a 2007, the 2007/8s have a different airbag module than the 04-06s; ours is very rare.
YOu must get a module from a parts car (as there are no new parts left) and have it reset by a company capable of programming - talk to Needswings.com or themercedesswapshop.com.

OR do what I did, pull the fuse so the warning light goes out and forget it. Airbags save lives only VERY rarely.

Just know that ANY shop that tells you they can fix this is full of BS, if you really want it fixed, find a used (but known good) module and talk to one of the companies above about how to get it reset for your car.

Pizza Guy,
Thanks much for the great info. I am going to follow your lead and pull the fuse. Can I also pull the fuse on the low tire pressure light. That is driving me crazy as well. I know that everybody on the forum is more handy and smarter than I am. Would you happen to remember those fuse numbers.
Thanks much... The Relic

Airbag lights are Fuse 3 under the hood.
Disabling the TPMS light involves disconnecting a wire in the overhead where the TPMS receiver is.

There is a thread on that....https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...pms-light.html

Here's my post of when I replaced my antenna and antenna gasket: LINK - Antenna & gasket replacement I hope that it will be useful.
If you go to my thread: LINK - My journey with my 2006 Roadster. You will find a bunch of "How to's" at the bottom under the pictures.
These may be helpful with maintenance and repairs.
