Default one speaker crackling, other not working at all

hi peeps,

one of my speakers is crackling and the other speaker doesn't work at all, ive got the factory sound system, I was wondering if any of you guys have any troubleshooting tips I could use to resolve this issue, or even better a quick guide to see the speaker wires or how to remove the speaker to check everything, any advice would be super!!

Which speaker(s) - door or rear bulkhead?
If it's the door speakers you'll need to remove the door panel - do a search there are instructions somewhere.
If it's the rear bulkhead speakers you will not have to remove the door panels!
