I would find someone who has a scanner and pull the codes. I have seen several posts that Autozone does this service for free.

You're not exactly pulling in cold air if the filter assy. is inside the engine compartment. Just thought I'd throw that in.

Just my Dos Centavos !

Most likely it is your MAF (mass air flow) sensor that is causing you to throw the code.

This occurred originally with the na Crossfire Needswings CAI
Those MAF sensors are extremely sensitive !!!

Alky68 - I'm assuming that you have just modified the intake AFTER the plastic piece at the back of the engine - effectively replacing the stock airbox.
If that is so, then you basically have the stock setup in the way that the crank breather hose is in the same relationship as the MAF sensor as if was before your change.
Originally Needswings had the breather hose infront of the MAF which may have been causing the problem - you do not have this.
Have you disconnected the battery?
If not, then do so - your CEL will probably stay off until you hit about 50-70 miles then it may reappear - if it does not reappear then you may be home and dry.
Every time I disconnected the battery on my first Needswings intake the CEL stayed off for about 70 miles.
Now the revised Needswings intake works a charm.

Back to your intake - you're sucking in warm air!!!

No ideas as to what may be wrong.
Take it to somewhere like Autozone who do free scans, they will tell you what the problem is.

Here's the Needswings CAI thread (good pics showing what I was rambling on about before)...
