Default sprint booster

i suppose this counts as electronics...

the sprintbooster website, under the srt6 section stats it give u quicker acceleration etc etc, then if u click on "how it works" it says "does not increase horsepower or change 0-60 times"... if it makes u accelerate faster, wouldnt that reduce your 0-60 times? is sprint booster legit or a scam?

This has been discussed in SO many threads here.....
It is legit but does not increase HP or overall 1/4 mile times.
I assure you that you will notice the difference in responsivness....at least in an na Crossfire

Sprint Booster Power Converters - What do they do ??

All Engines Chrysler Crossfire

Do you want responsive acceleration, quicker gear changes, and overtake with ease?
Sprint Booster is a device that improves acceleration by continuously measuring and converting the digital signal providing the ECM (Electronic Control Module) with a new and altered signal.

Benefits:
· At low revs, the engine responds at approximately half the time in comparison to before.
· The delay time whilst accelerating in 3rd and 4th gear and the engine in the mid-range, is almost zero.
· Big differences in the higher rev range.
· Improved response for downshifts and safer overtaking.

Almost all new cars come with fly by wire technology; hence do not have a traditional accelerator cable.
This new type of technology has a big draw back; it has a delayed reaction time and hence needlessly delays acceleration and engine performance.
The really great thing about this product is its simplicity; it does not touch the engine at all or the engine management system. What it does do is speed the signal up from the accelerator pedal to the engine - hence greatly improving acceleration and responsiveness!
Sprint Booster is a small and simple unit, which is very easy to install! - It is simply plugged into the back of the accelerator pedal connection and it is only possible to fit the unit one way!

The 'new' sprint booster is perhaps the best mod you can get for the ridiculously high price of $300. Immediate gratification guaranteed.

I have sprint boosters in both SRFT's and the Manual NA.

The manual NA requires it for the best fun. It will put more kick to your throttle for $300 bucks than a tune.
No more HP just better performance.
Then go get a tune.

I understand your question....so here's my take. Since the throttle body opens up quicker than the stock setting, you may indeed reduce your 60ft times, and your ET.....it doesn't increase hp, only the throttle setting....
