Hello From Denver Soon to-be Roadster owner Few ??? and Carfax

So ladies and gents possibly soon to be owner this afternoon, if everything comes together as needed. Found a 2005 Limited Roadster 6spd in Aero Blue w/ 8600 original Miles
.I have a couple questions and hoping you folks can chime in before I go sign the paperwork.
Is 12.5 K to much for a car in pristine condition and extremely low mileage? The only flaw I can see is the headlights have a very small bit of the lens fogging going on and the car will need an Oil change.
So I know to look for the rear Window having issues, To check the Hydraulics on the top, check the electronics in the interior (heated seats Etc) Is there anything else I should be crawling over the car to find before I purchase?
Then is anyone willing to run a Carfax for me on this bad boy? My usual Dealer guy is out of town (figures right as I decide to buy) I would hella appreciate it and will make sure to pay the gesture back one way or another. Vin is 1C3AN65L95X047557
Finally is there anything else I should be aware of other than the smiles I will have plastered to my face this summer?![Very Happy](https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif)

Thanks for the kind words. Now that being said we own the car. Its actually saphire silver, confused the 2 colors
newb mistake, anyhow... car is in damn near perfect shape with 8650 original miles. It logged rougly 900 to 1000 a year documented. It's due for an oil change, and that's it for the maintenance. Rear window is legit, ignition is good, tires had 17/32 on em. I will do a proper picture post in the next few days.
The one small nit pick is the headlights are getting a little fuzzy at the top. Any recommendations? anyone use the 3m headlight kits etc etc. Also I have a tpms sensor on the fritz but I am just going to do the pin move trick. Not worth messing with a almost10 year old system. So thank you for the great forum here. The info found was priceless.

So scouring the forum on tpms I found a post where a member figured out that the dash plug pins can be moved from one socket to another in turn turning off the tpms light on the dash . Basically move pin 3 to the empty slot 6 and no more tpms. Yes it is a bit more involved than that but if you are handy its nothing a few hours and some beers cant solve.
