Does anyone know the type and kind of Infinity speakers in the door of a 2004 coupe?

Thank you,

They are made by Harman International's OEM division at the Audax factory... They are the same as those found in the Mercedes E-class with the upgraded Harman Kardon Logic7 option... How do I know this? When I was sound deadening my doors at my shop, we were ripping out the Logic7 speakers out of an E55 AMG... Same part #...

6 3/4 or 6 1/2 will fit in doors.

Sorry to thread jack you, but it's somewhat related.

Anyone else have rattle in their doors from either bass or road vibration? Perhaps rattle isn't the right word. It would be more accurate to say a plasticky creak/rattle. Make sense?

Ya makes sense... That's why I sound-deadened my doors... The door panel rattles against the door itself... Used about 12 square feet of VB2HD ... I double layered it on the doors and put some brown bread over the interior of the door panel... no wind noise at highway speed anymore, more bass, and no rattles...

yep... i even added dynamat to the edges of the door where it meets the door panel edge... helped some. i am now on my 3rd set of door panels under warranty due to the plastics loosing up in the panels and creaking, squeaking and noise making. i also am on my 3rd set of door speakers... popping noises.
the door panels seem to not have been m/b made.

see link for pics... https://www.crossfireforum.org/forum...hlight=dynamat
