Default JVC KD-LHX550 & SD card.

I know that a several regular posters here have the LHX550 in their Crossfires. I'm having an odd problem with mine and was wondering if anyone else figured it out already.

I'm using a 512MB Sandisk SD card. When i turn on the radio and it performs a file check, I sometimes get an error. I get the same error if I try to skip to the next song but if I let the unit play, it plays all the songs without an issue.

I've tried using a single folder and several folders or subfolders. There doesn't seem to be a work around. Sometimes it works fine and other times it gets an error. I haven't tried another brand of card but I have tried a second card with the same result.

Anybody else have this issue?

Thanks.

I ended up changing cards. I picked up a Trancend brand 2GB card and it works great. Not sure why the other one did not work.
