Upgrade of factory head units

Does anyone know if it's just a plug in to upgrade from the factory AM/FM/CD to the Nav/AM/FM/CD? I have found one for sale and just want to be sure it will plug in to my roadster and work properly.
I have the '05 XFR and the Nav radio is out of an SRT6...if anyone knows if the wiring harness are the same just let me know before I spend this money unwisely, LOL!

I believe the wiring harness is the same but you may have to splice in additional connections for the speed and backup sensors and you will need a GPS antenna.
