New Subwoofer in Trunk
Everything is underneath. 1 cc box made out of 5/8" plywood. The box itself is on legs that leave room for the subwoofer. It is amazing how heavy it is. If I need to get at the jack (which I did last week, another story) I can move the whole assembly out of the way to get at the jack. I will take a pic of the bottom of the box for you.

How are you venting the sub to the cabin? It looks as though the grill would be sitting fluch against the floor and it does not look to be a vented box... Got any more pics of the box to get a better idea of what you are doing there?
It is a 1 Cubic Foot box on about a 2" legs for venting. I looked at intalling it right side up, but did not want to damage it with stuff going in and out of the trunk and also to hide it from curious eyes.
