Driver side power window problem
My 2004 Coupe is giving me problems with the power widow on the driver's side. Since the weather has turned colder, the window won't go down until the temps go up. Would this be a symtom of the window motor burning out or is it just old age?
I was having a problem with the power button sticking for this window. Maybe that has burned the motor up some too. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Thanks.
I'm surprised no one chimed in on this.
My passenger side window is starting to act up. Doesn't want to go back up sometimes. I hear the motor clicking in the door but nada. Speed of the window doesn't seem to be slow like the motor is wearing out. Any thoughts as to what I should look at to start trouble shooting?

i would pop your panels off and check if its slipped out or slipping out of track. i noticed when i replaced my speakers there was some good amount of crud in my track so i cleard it although i never had a problem.
theres quite a few options when it comes to motors for these if you dont want stock oem. (and need a replacement)

Look at the switch first, it's probably the easiest to access.
