Default How do I remove an aftermarket radio?

my crossfire came with an alpine radio that I want to remove. I can't for the life of me figure out how to remove it. I've read all the stuff about using some key things to remove a stock radio. but I don't think that applies here, does it? I see 2 slots on the sides where the key things could fit? argh......
damn germans

If you haven't got the keys, try finger nail files, the metal type.

Go to a mall parking lot, if there are any shifty looking kids around ask them. They will have it out of there in 10 seconds flat, unlock the door first as you do not want to see the whole boost operation.

so an aftermarket radio with an aftermarket cage, is locked in place like the stock radio and not screwed in from the side like a normal car?

Try going to the Alpine website and downloading the installation guide for that particular model?

///SilverSaphRT6 and DarkhelmetRT, I've got an infinity out of an SRT6 if you're looking to go back to stock and haven't purchased the radio yet.
