Default Newbie aftermarket amp help

Ok I have searched and found out how to run the aftermarket amp stuff to the back from the cabin but how in the world can I get through the fire wall or back of the stereo down to the passenger side. I used to install stereos at circuit city but that was a long time ago! This car is tough. I have a 05 base roadster that I love I am making a sub box that fits under the tops storage area. It is like 6 1/2" tall 27" wide and 12" deep. Putting 2 10's facing up. I hope that it sounds good. Iam kind of concerned about rattles and not sounding great since it will be covered up.

Thank you all for the help
