hey all, im trying to put in a pair of kynwood's i bought for the front composite... i cant for the love of me figure out how to get it in there. the mounting bracket isnt large enough. and secondly, i noted when i unplugged both composites and removed them that when on max stock volume the rear ones could barely be heard and when on 20 stock volume the sound from them was basically non-existant... any ideas?

Well the composites are deff. smaller than the tweeter housings. By about .5in or so... You will need to either make a plastic housing or.... do the easy method... get a bunch of 3m tape and wrap the little tweeter and squeeze it in.

The volume problem is beyond me though = /

 

i havent even messed with the tweeter yet, im still trying to figure out how to mount the woofer.

 

The rear drivers are subwooders only, not full range speakers.
