How do you get to your door speaks so you can install new ones?

How do you get to your door speaks so you can install new ones?
I just bought new speakers to install in my 2005 Cross Fire and I am getting ready to install them. I popped off the speaker gaurd, but do I have to pop off the other trim around the speaker? There is a long piece of plastic that the door netting is attached to, does that have to come off to? Any help is appreciated
