Default Backup Camera Recommendations

Thinking about installing something. Any recommendations? My initial thought was to find a small cam that I could access with my Iphone via wi-fi or bluetooth--but I'm not really finding much.

I bought a backup Camera on EBAY , It has a 3.5 in. screen. mounted screen on dash got power from Backup light circuit. I ran a 2 cond cable from the rear Camera/backup lights over the right rear fender well to the consoleup to the dash. The Camera was the hardest part, had to drill a hole above plate to the inside of trunk, filled with black RTV to seal any leaks. Seems to work fine has a good pic with graduated distance markers on the screen. comes on only in reverse gear, only cost $30.00. Which one to buy is your choice lots to choose from. did not see any bluetooth types.

You can get yourself a nice GPS unit from Garmin or Magellan that can have a wireless back up camera as a nice option. Not cheap but what's money for anyway.

+1 on that, for that price it s worth it just for the back up camera. The GPS is a bonus. I am not sure they will do the updates as the fine print is a bit evasive.

Bought one very similar --- works great, lots of functions. Downside --- no brightness control that I can find.
