Default rear speakers

Hello Crossfire lovers,

We have owned our Crossfire for less than a year. The subwoofers have never worked. I removed a very nice after market JVC (KD-AVX77) and installed a new Kenwood (KMR-D375BT) marine radio, thinking that might change things but it did not. Ive done a lot of digging around using my mechanical and electrical knowledge, still nothing. I purchased the service manual on line that has been very helpful which has led me to this question. Apparently in addition to the signal from the amplifier, there is also voltage applied. Does anyone know what that voltage should be? I don't want to believe that both of these speakers are just plain dead, but I guess its possible. The amplifier gets warm, so I know it powered up and the door speakers work good, and I really like the new radio. Any help is always appreciated, even the occasional b... busting

Thank you in advance,
Joe
