REar subs are just buzzing and same with two of the door speakers. Is there a kit I can order? I'm assuming it's the brittle rubber ring inside cause that's usually what happens.
any tips would be helpful or what kit to order.
I used a kit from Springfield Speaker Repair ... instructions were easy to follow and results are very good ... am very please with the product, instructions, and final repair

What kit would I order? And how many speakers does it fix? All of them? Thanks for your help with this.
Go to the Springfield Speaker Repair site ... the kit is for Infinity Speakers, it might be listed under Crossfire ... it will fix 2 speakers, the Sub-Woofers behind the seats ... they have kits for the door speakers also ... the site is easy to find what you need
Now here is the thing. On both doors, the small speakers don't work at all and the subwoofers behind the seat don't work either. I know the subwoofers will be fixed with the kit but what could cause the little speakers (see picture) to malfunction? Same issue as the subs and a kit could fix?
Thanks for your input guys.
just get a new set. You’ll be super happy you did. Plug and play, no messing around with old speakers.
when they finally break down, they’re trying to tell you something
Are you sure the tweeters in the door are getting the signal? Also, check tweeter coils with an ohm meter (make sure at least one wire is 'unplugged' from the tweeters). If a wire 'broke' or the coil 'opened', that could be your issue. Good luck!
