I found a place in Hamilton that will supply the remote, program it, and cut the key for $250CDN. While you wait.
I've been using it for a week now and it is flawless and looks just like the factory remote except its's missing the little Chrysler emblem.

If by instant key, do you mean they do it while you wait? If so yes.. I was in and out in 30 minutes including testing.
