Default Android HU volume too loud at lowest setting

I've installed a Chinese F9212a android hu running 10.1 and connected the stock Infinity speakers directly through the Scorshe adapter wires (front right and front left -+ only, leaving the rear speaker out wires unattached) The problem is the volume set to the lowest position 1, is quite loud. I've tried adjusting the volume settings via the hu settings but no luck. The hu has left and right audio out RCA jacks. I'm considering disconnecting the Scorche adapter speaker wires and using the RCA audio out lines directly to the amp.. Before I do this, has anyone else run into this problem and if so what has been the solution? Would I get better volume control through the amp.? The HU is rated at 60w and this is the internal Amplifier chip: TDA7388. Help to solve this is greatly appreciated!

I am sure that It would be OK for me, I would just switch off my hearing aids.
Are you not just amplifying an amplified signal?
I have no real knowledge of this matter, I used the RCA outs on my Kenwood and split the wiring on the OEM amp tog get left to right, and back to front control of the door and rear speakers.

I am hoping a lower level wattage would come out of the RCA outs by by-passing the internal amp.

I used the RCA out from my Android HU to run the amp. Works perfectly.

Thanks Neil, I'll give it a shot. Neil, do you recall which wires on the amp are for front R & L + & - ?

I think the attached copy gives one of the better DIY's connections between an aftermarket stereo and the factory wiring. Good Luck with your issue.

Thanks, I'm in the midst of working on it at the moment. I'll report back with results!

Well I tried separating the subs from the front speakers by connecting audio L & audio R out RCA plugs to the amp. which resulted in very low volumes from the radio app and acceptable volumes from the USB local music app. I've gone back to how I had originally wired the speakers through the HU connector and can live with that until I get a better android HU. I have painted Onehundred80's Mk1 design 2 din console trim and installed with 60w usb charger in place of cigar lighter. I have done Pizzaguys lighter mod to allow for constant power that is switchable at the USB charger. This way I can keep my dash cam on while out of the car if needed.

Are there user settings that are password protected?

That would be the easy solution. I have all the passwords for the settings option tabs but nothing will adjust the volume. I'm going to try this app to adjust the boot up volume,as I'm having a problem (too loud) with that also hopefully that will work:
